The Stewardship Committee is responsible for the ongoing stewardship efforts of the Parish to include time, talent, and treasure. The goal is to increase parishioner involvement in all Parish activities and ministries, which will promote a better sense of belonging and a sense of responsibility towards financial support. This committee is concerned with the renewal of Parish life and building a community among all Parish members through small group formation, social activities, good communications, welcoming and hospitality efforts including the development of new Parish members, and the coordination of efforts in evangelization.  This committee is the vehicle for the promotion of the concept of stewardship in the parish, working closely with the Pastoral Council and other committees.

The Stewardship Committee conducts surveys a couple of times during the year at mass. The surveys allow us to tailor our ministries and practices meeting your needs, and your comments are always appreciated.  We invite you to share your ideas or suggestions with us at any time at windandwater1@outlook.com.

WELCOME COMMITTEE

The Welcome Committee is an arm of the Stewardship Committee. Our mission is to help new parishioners feel at home at St. Thomas. Members make baked goods and deliver them to new parishioners, welcoming them to our Parish and inviting them to events. We provide information about the parish and welcome them to their first St. Thomas fish fry, on us! The committee keeps in contact with new parishioners for one year through email to ensure that they have settled in and feel comfortable in our Parish.  If you would like to be a part of the Welcome Committee, please contact Diane Doyle at dianedoyle711@gmail.com. We would love to have you be a part of our team!
