All women of St. Thomas are invited and welcome to join Christian Women and participate in our efforts for our parish community.
- Each year we sponsor a World Marriage Day dinner in February to bring couples together to honor their marriage sacrament.
- During Lent we bring in a guest speaker to offer an Afternoon of Reflection for all parish women to enrich their Lenten journey.
- We sponsor scholarships for our parish high school seniors to support their further education.
- We continue to adopt the planter on 1st Street across from the old church.
- We also support our teen mission trips, our Holy Sewers, the cemetery, and other parish needs as they arise.
We fund these activities through our various sales throughout the year: Ham & Rolls, Donuts, Soup & Casseroles and Christmas Cookies & Breads. And we partner with the Knights of Columbus to hold a summer Rummage Sale.
These many activities provide opportunities for women to work together as we plan, bake, organize and serve. We meet the second Monday of the month in the gathering space at 6:30 pm. Join us!
