The St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Faith Community hosts several Fish Frys each year to help bolster the Parish General Fund to help defray costs and necessary building maintenance.

4 - 7 PM | Dine-In or Drive-Thru | Adults $13, Children $11

Everyone is welcome to help! Students, parents, adults of all ages!
Many hands make light work! It’s a lot of work, but a lot of fun! You might get hooked!
Here's How You Can Help:
Preparation
Fish Cutters (11:00 am - 1:30 pm) Cut fish to size - 4 people needed
Kitchen Prep (1:00 - 2:30 pm) Make coleslaw, scrub potatoes, fill tartar sauce, butter, sour cream cups, slice and butter bread, setup silverware and napkins. 15 - 10 People Needed
Fish Bakers (3:45 - 7:00 pm) Prepare and bake the fish. 3 people needed.
Fish Fry Service
Kitchen Workers (3:45 - 7:00 pm) Fry fish & French fries, prepare plates, take orders and deliver food. 24 people needed.
Dining Room Workers (3:45 - 7:00 pm) Clear tables, fill water and serve coffee, fill coleslaw bowls. 8 people needed.
Drive-Thru (3:45 - 7:00 pm) Take order and food order runners. 8 people needed.

Fish Fry Clean Up
Cafeteria Kitchen (5:30 - 7:00 pm) Wash pans, dishes, carts, clean counters and put supplies away. 3 people needed.
Batter Kitchen (7:00 - 8:30 pm) Refreeze fish, wash carts, clean counters, put supplies away. 3 people needed.
Dining Room (7:00 pm until complete) - Clean tables, refill condiments, stack chairs, take out trash. 3-4 people needed.
Fryer Clean-Up (7:30 - 9:30 pm) - Return unused oil, drain hot oil, scrub baskets & fryers, remove the cardboard, take out trash. 4 people needed.
Floor Clean-Up (7:45 - 8:30 pm) - Clean floor mats, mop all 3 kitchens. 3 people needed.
