If a Parish Member, Committee or Group would like to request approval for an event, activity, liturgical change or a guest speaker, please review the policy and fill out the form below. 

All events must go through an approval process with the Pastoral or Finance Council and be submitted at least three months in advance, or sooner, if possible. Note: If your event is already planned and budgeted for, you don't need to use this form.
