❝If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart.❞‒Nelson Mandela

I am excited to have you in Spanish class this year. I will update our Spanish webpage with different topics/themes/target structures that we are covering class. We will be able to use the links and attachments to listen, practice and communicate. There are many resources available to us, and these are just a few.
I grew up in Grand Rapids, MI and worked in International Business until 2012 when my family moved to Waterford. We love living in this area of Wisconsin. I have two children, Logan and Addyson. I began teaching at St. Thomas Aquinas in 2016 and worked on obtaining my teaching license as a career change. I love teaching language and exploring culture with our students. My hobbies include reading, camping, playing with my children, hiking and gardening. I'm really looking forward to a great year this year!
